At Truefitt & Hill, we are committed to providing the finest grooming products; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our grooming consultants via our support portal or email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
